"We recently stayed here with our young children and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal for exploring Dubai, and the apartment itself is very modern, remarkably spacious, and features nicely sized bathrooms. The Apartment & Stay While the living space is fantastic, we found it lacked a few basic essentials for a multi-day stay, such as cutlery, paper towels, bin liners, and a broom. Keeping the place tidy—especially with young kids—was a bit challenging without these...

"Lovely team at check in at Swiss Hotel, but had to get a golf cart around the corner to the correct Al Murooj check in, then again on to the Lavender building, they kindly gave me a 2 bed upgrade from a one bed, the location is probably the best in Dubai, I know the complex well. Huge apartment, lovely clean beds, and great to have a full kitchen and washer/tumble dryer. Good WiFi and appreciated the bottled water. Bathroom needs maintenance as the plugs in the bath didn't work(reported but not...

"Vi havde store udfordringer med at tjekke ind, der var intet personale der kunne hjælpe. Vi havde booket en lejlighed med balkon men døren til balkonen kunne ikke åbnes. Lejligheden var meget slidt og mangelfuld. Men der var en fantastisk pool med virkelig venligt personale der ydede en helt sublim service. "

"Pleasant check in. Unfortunately drilling work going on in the hotel. I was offered a new room but then the drilling stopped. Cleaning could be better. No soap for dishes. The gym is outdated. The pool is not worth visiting. Upon check out the deposit was returned in cash which is annoying since they knew how to charge my credit card in the first place. They should have returned deposit to credit card. "
