Enjoy yourself on the terraces, heated pool, Jacuzi, sofa groups or loungers. The sun shines on the terraces from morning to sunset.

The villa is located on a beautiful cliffside concrete (83.000m2). The villa is bordered by a nature reserve and has two bird islands in front that are soothed.

You'll see swans daily in the area, sea eagles often, and even the seal can be seen in front of the Villa.
The space
There is ample space to stay, there are 20 people staying at the Villa. (In addition, there is the possibility to rent a separate Studio Villa with accommodations for 6 people, requiring a separate reservation in addition to the Villa Stone reservation)

There are 6 bedrooms and a sofa bed for two in the sauna room.
Double bed option is in 5 bedrooms. Double beds are made with a common upholstery mattress. Separate upholstery mattresses can also be found, which allows the separation of double beds as their own beds, with the exception of two double beds and a sofa bed. In addition, the Villa has a travel crib for a baby and 2 mattresses for children.

You'll have access to extremely versatile cooking utensils, as well as dining utensils, as well as all the necessary drinking glasses.

The villa has a separate beverage cabinet with a capacity of 200 units of 0.33L cans and more cold space can also be found in the spacious basement.

You have access to a motor boat with a Buster Big 60hv motor. The number of people allowed on the boat is 7 people. Life jackets are provided for the boat.

The villa has water ski skis, Wakeboard, tension ring, life jackets and water sports helmets available for use. In addition, there are several different sizes of wetsuits, including children's sizes.

The jets are rented for a separate reimbursement.

The listing is located on an island. The price includes transportation to the island by boat. A motorboat is available on the island during the holiday.

The shop, restaurant, and boat refueling are about 10min boat ride away.
