There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. "Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Japan! The rooms are a great size (not your typical small rooms in Japan). The shower room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to Disney parks. They have free luggage storage, a Lawsons accessible right from the hotel lobby. Was a 10 minute walk to a mall, convenience store and authentic restaurants. Close walk to paid shuttles (~1300 yen per adult) to both major airports....

"Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!"

"Nice hotel in good condition close to Disney parks and with good travel options from Maihama station to central Tokyo. Beware, pool access comes with an on top charge."

"位置靠近千葉站，附近多店可逛，店員友善，有投幣洗衣機，短途中轉的不錯選擇。"
