Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet and spa-inspired ensuite
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Twin-over-double bunk bed

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo and private balcony during their stay.

Guests also have access to AQUA’s shared amenities, including the outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, fitness centre, co-working spaces, common gathering areas and waterfront boardwalk.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pets are not permitted.

Guests must follow all building and strata rules. Any strata fines resulting from guest violations will be charged back to the guest.

Building fobs must be returned at checkout. Lost or unreturned fobs are subject to a $200 replacement fee.
