The 1-bedroom + den layout comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Double-over-Double bunk bed in the den, and a Queen pullout couch in the living area. Unwind on the balcony or explore everything Aqua and the Lower Mission have to offer. Note: Nearby construction (mostly interior work on adjoining phases) takes place Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest. - The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
