The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. "

"The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. The hotel only serves dinners from Wednesday evening to Saturday 😟 We weren’t aware until we made the booking. We were also we’re not aware of any extra parking space at the back of the hotel?
