My only issue was that it is a little inconvenient to get to the Oceans Tower, especially during check in, since you have to park at the main registration area and take the tram (or walk a decent distance) to the check in for the Oceans Tower. With two kids and luggage in tow, it was a little challenging, but the kids loved riding the tram. :)"

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. Most units are welcoming (flowers, complementary chocolates, coffee, and welcoming reminders about check...
