"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."

"All staff were friendly and committed to doing a great job. Room was comfortable and clean. Buildings are located in an extensive park-like setting. Guests have free access to indoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and push bikes. Outside fire pits are a nice touch."

"The property is idyllic in itself and surroundings. Sealed roads, easy access and local to amenities.
The only thing we missed was aircon - it was a 35C weekend - but otherwise great location. Katrina was so lovely and helpful and we would definitely stay there again."

"We had such fun here as everything we needed was all right here at the hotel from the restaurant, to the bars, slot machines, sports and entertainment. The room we stayed in though was just a bed and a small fridge. The shared kitchen (with full sized fridge and freezer), and the bathrooms, are all down the hall."

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. The only 2 baby flaws I had was that there was some rubbish by the spa on our first day and it was still there the following morning (it had just blown down a bit). It was only like a wrapper or something plastic but rubbish in general grosses me out. The other was that the big outdoor fireplace wasn’t put on and we...
