Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 20 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The terrace area is tiled and flat, whilst the path to the terrace is 120cm wide. The pool itself requires step access. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm, whilst the door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom and shower room doors are 80cm wide.
