Villa Katoikia Tria is situated amidst former olive groves in the area of Simotata above the stunning Lourdas Bay. Nestled just below the magnificent Mount Ainos, the elevated position affords incredible views of the island and out to sea. If you can tear yourself away from the scenery, you’ll find plenty of amenities close by. The village of Vlahata is 5 minutes’ drive away, with a bakery, mini market and local cafe. Continue a little further downhill and you’ll reach Lourdas where a plethora of bars, restaurants and the lovely beach await.
