To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide. There are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 125cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and crazy paving, whilst he pool itself has ladder access. There is 1 small step down from the shaded area to the poolside. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 95cm wide.
