The space
This modern, recently-renovated maisonette is located at the heart of the picturesque town of Lixouri, only a 2-minute drive from the main harbor, and at a short walking distance (8 min) from the charming and vibrant central square, where you can find many restaurants, cafes, and gift shops.
On the first floor, a bright and comfy living room awaits you, as well as a cozy kitchen, fully-equipped with brand-new appliances (including an espresso machine) for you to enjoy lovely home-cooked meals in, taking full advantage of the wealth of quality ingredients the island has to offer. On the second floor, you will find two elegant bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and A/C, along with double beds and spacious closets.

Both balconies offer a soothing, panoramic view of the orange and lemon tree garden, ideal for breakfast bliss or lazy lunches just before you hit the town. Feel absolutely free to grab some fruit and enjoy a real freshly-squeezed orange or lemon juice at any time! ;)

Every room and feature of the apartment is accessible, with the exception of some cabinets where the owner’s personal belongings are stored.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property’s owner.
