"The reception was always helpful, when we needed any kind of advice. The room was perfect, and the cleaning was also spot on - with sweet and kind cleaning staff. The pool area and sun availability seems small when looking at the pictures, but in real life it was satisfying, and we didn't go a day without both options. We stayed there for 14 days, and was close to the city and harbor - the beach was a walk away, but alot of people there so sunbathing was done at the hotel. "

"Room was nice and big, very tidy and clean. Balcony a nice size and great to sit out on in the morning and evening. Parking is a bit of a challange on the road but there is free parking about a 5 min walk away. I moved my vehicle early in the morning as there was street parking available but try and do it before 7 amor it fills up fast"

"Absolut fantastisk. Billederne lyser ikke, alt er helt fantastiskt smukt, Fantastisk morgenmad og en staf som i den grad forstår hvad service er. Det ligger i den gamle stille del af Chania med kun 2 minutter fra den gamle havn. Servicen inkluderer afhentning med golfbil enten vedderes private parkeringsplads eller ved taxa holdepaldsen, og det gentager sig ved afrejse hvor man med sin baggage køres ned til taxaen. En vidunderlig oplevelse, og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage :-)"

"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
