"Close to the ancient Nallur temple (5-min walk), this hotel has a standard essential tropical architecture and amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, completely vegetarian, was very well prepared, super fresh, and appreciated by my whole family. This isn’t a hotel that’s like a western 5-star and is much simpler as well as quieter, which we appreciated. "
"We were Not in the Heritage Villa but in the Heritage Hotel (same management, a few metres down the road). The air-condition was a bit weak, but all the rest was superb"
"A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall.
Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay.

"Lack of toilet papers, lack of towels, the Benk(chair )in balcony is bad condition ( I have photos of it) , damage my new shorts, they remove towel not replaced it , have ask several time about towels, sometimes take 3 hrs to bring new towels "
