The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed, and a bathroom with all hygiene items. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay there. The apartment also has a small balcony, where you can enjoy an even tastier morning coffee and the warming rays of the sun.

We invite you to travel around the part of Žemieji Šančiai, starting from A. Juozapavičius Avenue and leading to Nemunas. This part of the micro-district is distinguished by many narrow streets, by the side of most them made of wood, low-rise houses with small plots of gardens.

This neighbourhood is distinguished by its history, dating back to 1879. It was decided to build a category I military fortress in Kaunas, which was occupied by Russian, German, and Lithuanian troops during its many years of existence. In a decade, a military town was built on both sides of A. Juozapavičius Avenue: crew barracks, residential houses for the families of non-commissioned officers and officers, a hospital, a church, workshops, a sauna, a forge, etc. In total - 365 buildings of various purposes for units of the 28th division.

Currently, most of the barracks have been rebuilt, residential apartments have been installed in them (this apartment is located in one of these barracks), and a private school, police station, business establishments, and shops operate in the barracks.

Some of the abandoned barracks buildings haven`t been renewed. One of them stands on A. Juozapavičius pr. 19, all that remains of it are the decaying walls.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Žemieji Šančiai. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor.
There is an elevator.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
Construction, roadworks, infrastructure maintenance, or other external works may occasionally take place around the property as part of ongoing city development and are outside our control, including their timing, duration, and noise levels.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent and other essentials is provided. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay and should be purchased by guests as needed.
