"Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....

"Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Habarana, aber mit dem TukTuk gut erreichbar. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und die Zimmer liegen etwas abseits, was uns nicht ein so sicheres Gefühl gab. Das Servicepersonal war äusserst freundlich und das Essen lecker. Einzig der Chef war nicht freundlich und wollte uns andauernd überteuerte Touren und Safari andrehen, das war etwas mühsam. "Rigtig dejligt hotel med svømmingpool. Utrolig venligt personale, der var søde til at hjælpe med transport og fortælle om området. De stillede også cykler til rådighed. Der var mulighed for at leje cyklerne en hel dag for 15 kr."

"Poor location. Manager speaks no English. The rooms he gave us were not ready -- no electricity. Contrary to the ads, there is no wifi or breakfast. The good news is that the owner agreed to drop one night of our reservation as well as reducing the price"

It was out of season, so the hotel was quite quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves. I imagine this is the perfect spa retreat in peak season! "

"Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "
