This large single family house is perfectly located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood just less than a mile from highway 96. There you will find a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, bar&grills etc. There is even an entertainment complex/water park 4 mins away !

No more keys! Space is accessible through keyless entry (August smart locks). Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival.

STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a mid stay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

In order to maintain security for our neighborhood, we require guests to submit a verified form of identification prior to check-in for a soft background check. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from our partnered agency "Safely" to go through a quick 5 min screening process. Please note that in order to access the property at check-in, guests must complete this prior to their check-in date.
