Built in 2020 with a contemporary architectural style, Villa Tanasia boasts 170 m2 of living space. The total property area is 1250 m2, and it's only 1.2 km away from the nearest pebble beach. Restaurants and cafes in the vicinity guarantee entertaining evenings.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with an optimal capacity of 6. During your stay, guests have access to the ground floor, where you'll comfortably settle into three bedrooms. Two rooms feature double beds, while one has two single beds. The villa includes one en-suite bathroom with a shower and another standard bathroom with a shower as well.

In the cozy living room, you can relax on the corner sofa, which also serves as an additional bed for two. Additionally, there's a chair, a TV, and a coffee table. Adjacent to the living room is a modernly equipped kitchen with a counter, containing everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the entire family.

The dining room with a table for eight opens directly onto the outdoor terrace—a delightful space with a 33 m2 pool, and 4 sun loungers for indulging in your favorite book or soaking up the warm summer sun. The youngest guests will be thrilled with the playground, featuring a children's slide, swing, and other toys for their entertainment. Adults can enjoy a game of darts.

On the outdoor terrace, there's a dining table with 8 seats and two hanging chairs. You can prepare meals not only in the kitchen but also on the charcoal or wood grill located in the tavern, right next to the villa. The tavern is a true Dalmatian gem where delicious traditional meat or fish dishes are expertly prepared, accompanied by the indispensable addition of olive oil. The tavern is furnished with a table and benches, a grill, and a kitchen.

Additional amenities at Villa Tanasia include a high chair a child's daycare, a washing machine, and an iron. The well-maintained yard features plenty of greenery and space for children to play. Within the yard, three private parking spaces are at your disposal.
