DESCRIPTION
Sea Horizon is a private split-level villa in Halkidiki, perched above the sea with panoramic views and a strong connection to nature. Outdoor living unfolds through terraces and sea-facing spaces, creating a calm atmosphere. The sea is just a one-minute walk away, leading to a quiet beach. Located near Nea Skioni and the Agia Paraskevi thermal baths, it is ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxed coastal stay. A refined photographic narrative is currently in progress.

Spanning approximately 350 square metres, the house unfolds across three main levels with split-level transitions, creating generous shared spaces alongside areas of privacy.



The lower level features a flexible living area with direct access to the outdoor entrance space. This level can also be used for additional sleeping arrangements, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 guests when needed.



The main level is the heart of the house, offering an open indoor–outdoor living space that opens onto a large sea-facing wooden deck terrace. From this level there is also direct access to the rear garden and the outdoor BBQ area, allowing daily life to flow naturally between inside and outside.



The upper level hosts the master suite, a quiet retreat with sea views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and a hydromassage shower column.

In total, the villa offers: 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and 1 en-suite master suite with jacuzzi bathtub and hydromassage shower.



The house also includes two additional guest WCs, as well as a dedicated laundry and pantry room, supporting longer and more comfortable stays.



Surrounded by olive trees and aromatic Mediterranean plants, positioned between the sea and a pine forest, Sea Horizon maintains a constant dialogue with the natural landscape.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all outdoor areas, including terraces, gardens, and the BBQ space.



The property includes a private garage as well as additional outdoor parking. Access to the house is easy and direct, while the surrounding area remains quiet and low-density.



The sea is just a one-minute walk from the villa, leading to a quiet and secluded beach, ideal for swimming and relaxing throughout the day.

Sea Horizon is not designed as a typical holiday rental for short stays and constant movement. It is a home meant to be lived in slowly, offering space, calm, and a strong connection to nature and the sea.



The villa is located close to Nea Skioni, a quiet seaside village with tavernas, cafés, and a relaxed local atmosphere. It is also within easy reach of Agia Paraskevi, known for its thermal baths and natural hot springs.



The area enjoys one of the most pleasant climates in Halkidiki, making outdoor living enjoyable throughout the day and across the season.
