Here you will find a semi-detached beach house with a well-kept park-like garden for a relaxing holiday. You benefit from a very quiet location with views of the sea and the mountainous surroundings. Your holiday home is located near a tranquil fishing village on the south side of the Halkidiki peninsula, south-east of Tessaloniki. This means that the long, directly accessible beach at this location is rarely visited and is almost entirely yours to enjoy. The paradisiacal surroundings are characterised by a very dry microclimate, so that even banana trees grow here. During your stay, you will have a direct view of the sea from the garden, the lower veranda and the upper balcony.
With one step out of the living area you enter your private veranda, where you will find an outdoor dining area and a barbecue with a fireplace and charcoal grill. The well-tended garden measures 3000 m² and is equipped with garden furniture, parasols, a basketball court, an outdoor shower and three garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. If you open the lower garden gate, you are directly on the beach. A car park on the property and a bicycle are available for free use. At the end of the property there is a garden shed with a lovely terrace near the beach where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sunset.
The two-storey house has a living space of 100 m². On the ground floor, measuring around 50 m², you are welcomed by a cosy living area with a fireplace, which leads past the dining table and the staircase to the upper floor into the fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. While you sleep in a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm in the first double bedroom, there are two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed. The upstairs bathroom has a shower with a curtain in the bath, a hairdryer, a WC and a foot basin. The centrepiece of the house is the living area with two sofas for sociable hours after a day out. A fire in the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and the TV provides entertainment. At the round dining table, you can enjoy a home-cooked meal together. The kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using the cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and the usual small electrical appliances. Internet access via WLAN, bed linen and towels are also provided free of charge.
The centre of the traditional fishing village of Nea Skioni is just one kilometre away. Very good fish and meat tavernas await you here. There is also a small supermarket in the village centre. You can start a day trip from Nea Skioni and visit all three so-called fingers of the Halkidiki peninsula. The third finger in particular, with the famous monastery on the holy Mount Athos, is worth a day trip.
