Villa Selim is a brand new stunning four bedroom luxury villa. Beautifully architecturally designed, it nestles on the edge of a cliff in the furthest corner of Kalamar, one of Kalkan’s most beautiful and peaceful areas With private infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. The views are second to none – the villa looks out over the whole of Kalamar Bay, taking in the Caretta headland, the islands, and the harbour. The internal design has been configured to ensure that guests benefit from the amazing views throughout the property.

The Space:
Villa Selim is air-conditioned throughout and there is WiFi internet access available for guest use. The ground floor hosts one of the double bedrooms with en-suite, a television and full sea and mountain views. The remainder of the floor comprises of an open plan living area, where the comfortable lounge offers a flat screen television and DVD player. There is an inside dining area and a well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Large glass doors open onto the poolside terrace, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ. There is also a large infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as a table tennis table.

The nearest beach club is Kalamar Beach Club. There is restaurant facilities, water sports and diving school in the clubs just a 10 minute walk away from the villa.

The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.

Outdoors

It has stunning sea & nature views by the sunbathing area, private swimming pools & garden. There are table and chairs for 8 people, stone built BBQ, luxury sun lounges, side tables and parasols at the patio area as well.

Private Pool Dimensions; Width: 9.5m. X 3.5 m. Depth: 1.70 m. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi as well.

Large, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with modern, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, with granite worktop and top of the range appliances (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer)

L-shaped leather seating unit faces the floor to ceiling french windows, so that you can take in the amazing views while you are relaxing. Wall mounted flat screen TV, fireplace (decorative) coffee and side tables, and built in storage unit. Coat cupboard, downstairs cloakroom.

Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access.

There is a CCTV and alarm system in the villa too.
