Rumour even has it that Aristotle Onassis once tried to buy it before turning to Skorpios. Enveloped by 900 acres of untouched Mediterranean landscape and shimmering turquoise waters, this secluded island invites you to experience Greece at its most authentic and romantic.At the heart of Treasure Island lies a neoclassical beachfront villa, lovingly built by the current owner’s family over 100 years ago. The main house sleeps 8–9 guests, with additional bedrooms and a charming cottage for larger groups. Spacious whitewashed interiors, antique French windows, and marble en-suite bathrooms balance comfort with timeless elegance, while terraces frame sweeping views of uninhabited islets and distant mountains. Outdoors, gather around a vast wooden table for alfresco feasts, wander to the island’s chapel, or set out to explore by foot, bike, or boat. Whether you’re diving into crystal-clear waters or simply sinking into the sand with the sea as your soundtrack, Treasure Island offers not just a stay—but a story steeped in history and serenity.

The Villa


With a main villa located on the beach and a side patio leading to guest rooms Treasure Island is an idyllic private retreat. The rental price includes a chef, an assistant and butler plus a 12 m speedboat.



Interior:- Entrance hall large antique French picture windows, old tiles and antique furniture- Master bedroom (Queen size bed 1.80 cm X 2m), a wood burning fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. - Double Bedroom- Bathroom magnificent marble shower. - Twin bedroom  (beds 1m x 2 m) with large French picture windows, wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom.  - Guest W.C is located between dining and living room area.  - The dining and kitchen area are joined with a bar bench decorated with local marble stone and bar stools  - The large authentic Cycladic Fireplace - French doors unite the outside living and dining area with the kitchen- Living room has sofabed- Large lime stone fireplace, a library full of books, tables with board games and comfortable sofas- The two large French windows open to the pergola shaded living area with views to the sea and the countryside. - Grand Master Suite (King Size Bed 1.90cm X 2m) lounge chair and stool, a large Cycladic wood-burning fireplace, French windows leading to its own terrace, en suite bathroom, single bedroom/ child's den.

Location:

Treasure Island is located in a private island group in the north of Cyclades, close to Evia island. One of the stunning Greek islands, just an hour by ferry from Athens via Rafina Port. The journey from Athens International Airport to the island takes approximately two hours door-to-door, making it a quick and comfortable trip. Ferries depart regularly throughout the day, with several routes to choose from. The ferry journey to Marmari fish port lasts about an hour, after which a boat transfers you to the island. For larger groups, transfers may be arranged in stages. Alternatively, you can opt for a 10-minute helicopter ride from Athens Airport or a 25-minute speedboat trip from Rafina Port.

The island offers over 900 acres of natural beauty, perfect for exploring on foot or by bicycle, and boasts an array of beautiful beaches ideal for relaxing, swimming, or snorkelling. For those keen to venture further afield, a water taxi service is available, or you can hire a boat or speedboat (with or without a captain) to explore the surrounding areas. Excursions such as scuba diving can also be arranged, subject to availability.

Once on the island, there’s no need for a car—bicycles are provided for guests to cycle around with ease. For a unique local experience, you can spend a day fishing with a local fisherman or enjoy a picnic on one of the island's pristine beaches. The island is home to rare Skirian horses - an ancient, endangered minature breed of donkey native to Skyros and Carolina, a charming Shetland pony.

Athens, the vibrant capital of Greece, is just an hour away by ferry or 30 minutes by speedboat, making it easy to plan a day trip. Immerse yourself in Greek culture by visiting iconic sites like the Acropolis, a hilltop citadel adorned with ancient structures, or the National Archaeological Museum. Browse the bustling markets for fresh meat, fish, and spices, or indulge in a meal at one of Athens’ many restaurants. As the sun sets, soak in the views while enjoying live music.

Treasure Island is also conveniently close to the cosmopolitan islands of Santorini and Mykonos, both reachable by boat or helicopter. These islands offer picturesque cobbled streets, whitewashed houses adorned with bougainvillaea, and vibrant nightlife. Other Cycladic gems such as Kea, Andros, and Tinos are nearby and worth exploring for their scenic landscapes, quiet beaches, and fascinating archaeological sites.

Guests may bring pets, on request.

50% deposit required, 50% Balance due 60 days prior
to arrival or 90 days after booking.



The owners can help to arrange transport from Athens Airport, approx €40 for a taxi (2-3 people) and €9 pp for ferry.



Direct transfer by speedboat (weather/ light depending) approx €200 for 4 people, assuming clients have full operating package this can be included but fuel extra.



Use of the 'Country Cottage' for an additional 2-5 people is a block cost of approx €5500 per week

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property

Extra charge for children's bed €100 per day at the Grand Master Suite. Max 2 beds. Cots for babies up to 24 months are without charge.

There is a chef and assistant on site, as well as a butler, these are included in the rental. For larger groups an additional helper for the chef will be charged as extra.

6 nights in high season, 3 nights at other times.

No service charge is included in price so it's appropriate to tip staff.
