The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with...

"Visited this property as a family. For the hype it had on the internet,room charges and pictures were disappointing. Stayed in many places in Munnar, Coorg , wayanad and like but cost doesn't match the quality of the room and amenities. Staffs were too good. Be it on restaurant , housekeeping or engineering guys (had issue with bath tub ) they were too good. They made our stay better. Food was good.

"A very friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient free breakfast on the house in the mornings with a good number of selections. Certainly better than some hotels in the US. Right on the main road, easy in and out. Did not have parking issues. Clean water, bright rooms, everything works. Best value! Will stay there again. "
