Hoteller i Karthaus

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was...

"The hotel was very clean. Tired, but clean. I was told 3 different times to check in for the renovated room I had requested. I ended up in a different room, so I could at least get in. There was no elevators, so I had to carry my 3 suitcases up stairs. The internet was bad, which isnt good when you travel with a teenager. "
