"Charming nostalgic hotel on old historic Route 66. Very much enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, fresh, and retro themed. Staff was great, very helpful with info about the area. Beautiful little lake right across the street with a scenic 0.8 mile walk around which was great for our fur babies. Would highly recommend and hope to be back through and stay again soon. "Room was clean and smelled good. No bugs. Breakfast is good if you get up at 6, door is locked by 9. Hot shower. Lobby and hallways were hot. Air conditioner in room needed charged but my wife won't let me make it blow ice cold anyhow."

Breakfast is always good, the only thing that i would add to make it perfect, omelet bar! And most importantly this property is always clean, the rooms, the common areas, as well as the outdoors areas and surrounding grounds, and have never had a issue with safety or security. "The hotel was clean and well run. Great staff! If I have one issue it would be the entrance doors to the rooms. Every time someone in our hall closed their door, it would rattle ours (loudly, and in the late evening, it woke us up every time). Not sure if there is a way to fix that. Overall, great stay!"
