A Spacious Stone House With Heated Infinity-pool, Only 20 Min. to the Sea

Villa Moncitta is atraditional Istrian stone house located in the heart of Istria. The house consists of a total living area of 350 sqm which spreads over 3 floors and it can accommodate up to 14 guests. A spacious garden, complete privacy, "infinity" heated swimming pool (72 sqm), gym, table tennis, yoga studio and many other amenities will delight visitors of this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor consists of two living rooms and one dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The inner stairs lead to the first floor where you can find a large bathroom with a shower, bathub and 4 bedrooms; one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two separated single beds (one of them with a sofa convertible/single) and one single bedroom. Another inner stairs lead to the second floor where you can find 2 bathrooms with shower and three double bedrooms: one of them with a sofa convertible (single) bed and a baby cot. The summer house has a barbecue, a separated WC with shower and a mini kitchen with small fridge. There are shady terraces in front and in the back of the house overlooking the pool and garden. For an extra charge It's possible to arrange a yoga instructor and a chef for one day in a week to prepare a traditional Istrian dinner.
