"We had a great stay at lilac hideaway but the thing that stood out most are the way they stepped up to help guests with travel plans
We rented a dud 4x4 and it would not start after we checked in - but Eli jumped in an d organized mechanics to come and then drove with us to take the car to the mechanics once they had gotten a new battery in. The car had no brake or transmission fluids and an corroded alternator wire - Eli stayed at the mechanic while we got some food next door

"As the name would imply, the hotel is located uphill from the main street of the town. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a wall, so each person had their own section. The bathroom was an issue as the toilet, sink and shower were all in the same place, so that if someone had a shower, the whole floor would get wet. "The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The buffet style breakfast and dinner was excellent. They sent us off with a packed lunch so we can maximise our time in the National Park we visited. The accommodation was top class and well worth the money."

"It was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The the food is superb. The room is large it had two king size bed and a fireplace a sitting area. we stayed at this Four Season in the Serengeti. this was comparable for a lot less money. I would stay here again. In fact, we extended our stay one day just to enjoy the service and the food. It is definitely a jewel."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge. The property is only about two years old, so everything in in great condition. We were the only guests one of the two nights and received exceptional service. The meals were great with serving sizes so large we were never able to finish. We initially had issues getting hot water and the staff immediately had a team out and got it fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area."
