**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

A superb Maui getaway

Our stay at this beautiful Maui vacation rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own private paradise.The location was ideal — just minutes from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet for a true island escape. We especially loved waking up to breathtaking ocean views and enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the gentle sounds of the island.The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our trip was flawless, providing excellent communication, thoughtful recommendations, and extra touches that made us feel truly welcomed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.We can’t recommend this rental highly enough and are already dreaming about our next visit. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Maui, this is it!

Exactly as advertised.

Perfect location at Kapalua.Unit is spacious, nicely appointed with a view of the ocean hard to beat. Loved watching the waves come in and crash against the lava walls. Whales were quite busy out there and was a special treat.We had a couple issues but property management was courteous, same with maintenance personnel and both were quick to respond. Management made our stay comfortable which was extremely appreciated on our part. Loved our stay and would do so again in a heartbeat.

Maui Paradise!

If you are thinking about this property and are reading this review, do not hesitate to book! What an amazing condo!!! Gorgeous, clean, comfortable, easy to access, upscale neighborhood and just perfect. Enjoyed the proximity to the pool and bbq. The entire property is pristine and well kept. The booking process from payment to check in and check out was seamless. No issues at all. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooking. It has so many appliances and amenities like: ninja blender, hand mixer, Tupperware, Britta pitcher, toaster, kitchen cooking tools and more! They provided plenty of dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, paper towels and laundry detergent. Super close to the Nāpili market down the street. We enjoyed evenings at the Montage and Ritz for drinks or dinner. The Kapalua walking trails are amazing and literally within a few steps of the front door. The parking is incredibly easy. So many incredible restaurants in the area. Overall this was a trip of a lifetime and this property made it extremely special and memorable!

Excellent Property!

What a beautiful unit! Gorgeous ocean view, watched the sunrise every morning! Fabulous kitchen with everything you need! Close to 2 beaches and the unit had chairs, umbrellas & toys for the beach! Comfortable beds...even the sofa bed! Washer/dryer was so handy! Staff super friendly & helpful. Love the shuttle! A wonderful stay...highly recommend!

Beautiful unit

We love Kapalua and this unit does not disappoint. Wonderful location and right next to the path to walk to Kapalua beach. The views are incredible. Our first time staying with Quam. Nicole was so easy to work with, very quick to respond and a great resource!

Amazing ocean view

The area around the villas is great, and the condo was very nice and well furnished, but the most memorable thing about this property is the ocean view as soon as you walk through the door. It never got old. Nice pool area with grills, short walk to a beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling—-overall a wonderful experience for the family.

Like Living in A Lighthouse

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. The view is just thrilling especially if you like the roiling ocean and crashing waves. On a few days there was significant rain and wind and being in the condo felt like being in a lighthouse lashed by the storms. The property has tennis and pools all are clean and rarely attended by anyone which is ideal. We liked the BBQ's and the easy walk to Kapalua Beach. Overall this is a winner! We'd totally stay again.

Maui Bliss

Property was great. Well maintained and just as described. We stayed here with a family of 4 and it worked out fine. The pull out bed was a little on the small side for two teenagers but we anticipated this and brought an inflatable mattress. Everything else was great and the views are hard to beat. This side of island was quite breezy during most of our stay but we adventured around the island and it was just fine. The condo is conveniently close to two great beaches, one for body surfing and the other for snorkeling and lounging.

Nice stay in Kapalua

This is our second stay in Kapalua Bay Villas. We enjoy the quiet, ocean views and easy access to both surf at the closest beach and around the corner calm waters for snorkeling. Always see turtles and many tropical fish. Its worth the drive over to Honolua Bay (skip the snorkel boats) but get there early to find a parking spot and great snorkeling with lots of diversity. The pools, BBQ areas, and grounds at Kapalua are well kept and this unit is done well. The kitchen had everything that we needed including oil, salt, and some spices. Our only problem was the ice maker but the managers provided ice trays. Thanks!

Outstanding Ocean Front Views

Outstanding ocean front views. Very nice décor. Fully equipped with all necessities, including kitchen items and extra towels. Bridge level, so no stairs to the front door. Good email info from management company made check-in easy. Bedroom does not have views. We would rent this unit again.

Breathtaking views!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean! We loved sitting each morning on the lanai looking out over the ocean as we ate our breakfast. This unit is also directly located next to the pool area so it was a bonus! We used the grills at the pool area our last evening to cook steak. The 2 beach chairs and bogey board were great for our trips to the beach, just a short drive down the road. Check-in was easy and convenient and Nicole from the property management company was great answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!
