"We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. "The Royal Kahana is great. Our room was great! We were surprised by the lack of Aloha. The no exception on the check in check out time during a low occupancy period for example. Also the front desk made it apparent that we had booked through VRBO so any requests we made for toilet paper etc. would not be accommodated."

"Cheryl is the absolute best host and her property is breath taking off the Lanie!! You will see million dollar sunsets and turtles feeding every day. The condo has everything you will need plus more. We have stayed in Kauai/Kona and Cheryl condo is by far the best for the value with that incredible view. I highly recommend this condo."

"This was our 6th consecutive year staying in Napili and this is the overall best complex and unit we’ve stayed in. Booked exact unit next year as well. Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away."

"The unit was advertised as remodeled. The drapes have holes in them, the windows are extremely dirty, the sliding doors need repairs and shower soaks the floor because the curtain isn’t right. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The turtles were fun to see too."

Property was clean and pool area was a great place to cool down on the warm days. -1 star due to the lack of airconditioning and curtains for the glass doors. Nights were uncomfortable due to the heat, even with ceiling fans in every room and the two extra box fans on.
