"Worn and dirty
The room was worn with a number of deficiencies, e.g. rust ran down the bathtub, the doors in the room had obvious large, black stains of dirt and there was old dust and dirt in the corners. The room had a small balcony, but the furniture was so dirty that it could not be used. The hotel hallway was not cleaned during the 6 days we stayed there. "Wonderful place to stay. Had dishwasher detergent, laundry detergents, all shower supplies. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler(we didn't use but there were ice packs in freezer for it) really easy to find, great place to stay to be able to go north and south. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beach was nice sand, a little steep for little children to play in water. We traveled in October, not sure what beach looks like in summer. Close to stores and lots of food options."
