"Very nice and helpful staff. Room was very basic a bit old (as expected), but had everything we needed. Japaneese style breakfast and access to razor, comb, toothbrush etc. at the reception. Easy and cheap coin laundry was great. Bring earplugs if you’re very noise sensitive as the aircon and beeping from the other doors can be annoying at night. No notable noise from the outside despite being in a busy area though 😊"

"Great hotel. The staff was friendly and very, very helpful. The room was a little small but cosy, and perfect as a home base for exploring Tokyo. The area is very central, with lots of dining places and entertainment. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"
