"Location is great for exploring the city. The hotel is fine for a one or two stay over. Pool area is very small and was overcrowded, Roomfloors were very noisy, but i belive we were unlucky with a full floor with families of loud children, and our room was next to the staff cleaning room. The breakfast had a good selection and freshly squeezed orange juice"

"The facilities are very nice, and it’s a beautiful hotel. But the service was definitely not 5 stars. It’s hard to get food and water outside of the buffet opening hours. So for instance if you want to have a snack between 16 and 18:30 it’s only possible to get chips or nuts from the pool bar. If you want water bottles before 10:00 you have to go to the reception. If we wanted to eat by the pool it was only possible to go to snack bar between 13 and 16 and bring it yourself. By the kids waterpark area the only food choice is pork gyros which with no vegetarian options. We also noticed that food was not clearly labeled for dietary restrictions and allergies. We personally did not get guide of the hotel until we personally asked for one after 2 days, which created some embarrassing moments for us at the a la carte restaurant. Through the whole trip I felt I had to ask what services and facilities they had, no one told you about the hotel to make the stay easier. In general we just did not get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel all inclusive hotel. We choose the travel form because it’s easy with kids, and I don’t feel they provided that. I’d probably get the same experience at a 3 or 4 star hotel for a lot cheaper. "

"Lækkert hotel med den bedste service. Lækker morgenmad og meget opmærksomt personale. Restauranten er meget dyr, så vi spiste ude i byen. Lækre solsenge hvor håndklæder ligger klar til dig. Værelse med lille pool var super hyggeligt. Der blev gjort klar til natten og futter sat frem. Det var klasse. Vi oplevede ikke om der var underholdning om aftenen men der blev tændt så mange levende lys ved poolen og trappen og baren. Det var så hyggeligt. Man kan gå til chania old town på ca 45 min. "

"Skønt hotel med den bedste beliggenhed på stranden. Masser af plads, solsenge og lækker morgenmad . Vi boede i deluxe front sea wiev og udsigt fåes ikke bedre. Spiste på asian restaurant 1 aften og det var virkelig godt. Man skal i bus eller taxi til platanias da der er lidt langt. Taxi 18 euro. "
