"Super cute house perfectly situated in town and close to NSU which was the reason for our stay. Nicely decorated to make it a cozy stay. Will definitely plan to stay again, if our daughter decides to commit to NSU as a future Lady Riverhawk. A small suggestion would be to supply re-usable plastic containers for leftover food to be stored in fridge to have for next day, and maybe a sm/med sauce pot. Everything else you would need for a basic stay is available."

"If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property...

"This property is in an ideal location to exorfience Cherokee National Holiday. Confirmation was automatic and appeared to be professionally managed looked like an ideal fit from what I could see. Upon arrival, realized the entry instructions wasn't sent. There wss no response from host using Vbro, texts were not responded to and voicemail was full. After a 7 hour travel, I had to frantically sesrch for somewhere else to stay despite booking early and recieving confirmation. This wss really a...

"The house is very beautiful and comfortable also well outfitted with dishes, pot and pans. We like to cook when we stay. The walk to and from the water is steep but the stairs and ramps are well maintained. Our adult children enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock."

"The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and just as described. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and hanging out in the screened in porch. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. We will definitely use this cabin again if we come back to Grand Lake."

"Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time...

"This place was amazing! We had plenty to do; hot tub/spa, walk to/swim in/relax by the river, sing karoke, play music and games! Everything was so well put together. It really shows how much they care about the property and guests. The coffee bar?! Phenomenal! We didn't have pets with us but if we did, they would've been loved, too (treats, beds, etc). Our whole group loved this place and can't wait to come back!"

"Communication with property owner was easy. The place was great inside and out. Plenty of options for outside cooking. We had a group of 14 guys. Most of us play disc golf. There was plenty of space outdoors to set up baskets and drive disc. The creek was a short hike away and had beautiful views. 10/10 would come back."
