Heads up, this is an older building so the walls can be a bit thin.

Please note the two sleeping areas are not fully enclosed rooms. One is a room with no door and one is a loft area above the condo. Both sleeping areas do offer privacy.

There is PLENTY of street parking right in front of the apartment on admiral blvd or the cross streets.

Downtown KC; 1 minute from river market and 1 minute from Power and Light

By booking with us you waive all liability for personal injury and property loss. Do not use alcohol in excess and please exercise caution while at the property. Injuries are no fun for anyone and we want you to do nothing but enjoy your stay! There are absolutely no parties allowed and guests who break the house rules will lose their deposit, be evicted, and be immediately charged for any damages to the home. Simply treat the apartment with respect and you’ll have a wonderful stay.
