The main floor living area includes comfortable seating with plenty of space to spread out, along with a Smart TV and high speed internet to ensure everyone can stay entertained. The dining area includes a large table with seating for up to six to enjoy home cooked meals or takeout from one of many great restaurants in the area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. You will find this space fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and all your basic essentials. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on your private balcony patio. Our enhanced coffee bar provides you with several brewing options - drip coffee, French press, or pour over along with complimentary coffee grounds, creamer and sugar. This floor also includes a half bathroom, stackable washer/dryer, and a balcony with seating for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
Third Floor: Two modern bedrooms, each with a queen bed, large closet with plenty of storage, bedside tables with charging stations, additional blankets, and private en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom bathroom has a dual vanity with a walk-in shower and rainfall shower head, and the secondary bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided for your convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive a large bath towel, washcloth, and hand towels, with dark makeup towels also available.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard, however the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*STAIRS REQUIRED - this loft style unit is three stories with bedrooms on the third floor.
*PARKING - Guests have access to a 1-car garage as well as two driveway spaces.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
