Designed as the country’s first suburban shopping district intended for automobile traffic, the Country Club Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. The nearest KC streetcar stop is less than a block away, and provides FREE rides from the Plaza to Union Station through the Power and Light District all the way to the City Market.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
