The loft is located on the second floor of a secure building in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District—just steps from local dining, nightlife, art galleries, and major downtown venues.

Access is through the rear of the building with a personalized code provided on your arrival day. Please note: this building does not have an elevator—access is via stairs only.

You have access to one reserved parking spot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!

*VRBO & DIRECT BOOKINGS: IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Guest screening/identity verification is also required. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date. (Not applicable for Airbnb stays)

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. This unit has one designated space.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
