The bathroom floor was sticky and I requested that it be cleaned as we left the hotel for the day. When we returned the floor had been somewhat cleaned but the towel that we left on the floor was still there and nothing else in the room had been cleaned. Not going to return to this property

The staff was friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt. The outside of the building could use some cleaning up and landscaping, but inside was clean.

The person at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. The shuttle was perfect - they picked me up after dropping off the rental car and drop us off the next morning for our flight. The room was clean, new and comfortable!

We were only there to sleep but pleasantly surprised that we were able to grab a bagel at 4am on our way out the door.

The staff were all very kind and willing to go above and beyond. The facility was clean and the room was very nice. The shuttle drivers were all amazing as well!

My stay was not good due to noise. I checked in and left a 4 am appointment to ride the shuttle to the airport. The clerk on duty assigned me to a floor with a bunch of kids I assume. There was a dance team staying there. At 11:30 pm, I was woken up by a father and son arguing outside their room. I guess they didn't want to disturb the people in their room? Not sure their reasoning for their very loud talking outside my door. Then I finally went back to sleep and was woken up at 1:41 am again with something that sounded like pounding on the doors or ceiling. I could hear it over my white noise. I couldn't tell where it was coming from, but someone was partying. I called the front desk both times. SHe did nothing because she was alone. She couldn't just leave her desk to figure it out. Very miserable night.

I have reached out to my team regarding better ways in dealing with guests who are being too loud and how to approach that situation in a delicate matter. We do hope the next time you travel through that you try and give us another chance. We hope you had a safe travel home.

The front desk was exceptional & the room was very clean & comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was so appreciated. However there was a large plastic bag and big laundry cart both full of dirty linens in the hallway that we passed by each time we came and went from our room - they both remained there from the time we arrived Wednesday afternoon and left Thursday morning.

All of our guest rooms were very recently renovated. So I am disappointed to hear that your room was not to your liking. I will research further to ensure our rooms stay fresh and new!
