"This boutique hotel was perfect. The room was so clean. Two sitting rooms open to all guest and outdoor porch and garden were well maintained. There is a mini fridge, microwave and ice maker to use in common area. The hotel is in a quaint area with local coffee shops and walking distance to free street car that takes you downtown. Street parking was easy to find in front of the hotel and the extra spots in the parking lot nearby are a short walk."

"This is a great boutique hotel in a wonderful part of town. The Inn Keeper was very welcoming. The decor creates a great vibe. If you need a dark room to sleep, I would suggest not staying im Room #1. The security lights are directed in the windows and although there were black out curtains, it was impossible to avoid the light."
