The villa features a first floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, separate toilet, two doubles and one twin bedroom, shower room and bathroom with bath. Steps going downstairs to the ground floor offer two doubles and one twin bedroom, two shower rooms and small kitchen with dining and living area. Patio doors from the kitchen on the fist floor lead out to the inviting pool area (9,5mx5 m), covered terrace with BBQ facilities, furniture including a table and chairs for 12 persons, and a comfortable lounge area. Villa Maklavun Rovinj is fully air-conditioned for guests' comfort. Additionally, a highly recommended excursion is a catamaran day trip to Venice, departing from Rovinj.
Villa Maklavun is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
