Completely renovated and redecorated, the house offers complete comfort for relaxing in peace and quiet, away from the city traffic.
From the dining room there is a direct access to the garden, where there is a swimming pool with whirlpool, deckchairs, sunbeds and a shower. Around the house there are gardens and a vegetable and fruit garden where the owners grow seasonal fruits and vegetables, which are at the complete disposal of guests who would like to taste them. There is also a gazebo, an outdoor fireplace for grilling, and swings for the little ones. Adjacent to the pool, on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, and other areas for socialising and entertainment such as the tavern with a fireplace.
The house has three bedrooms, two large and one smaller bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen with a dining room, and a terrace from which there is a view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. All rooms are air-conditioned, with new, modern furnishings. Also available to guests are free wi-fi, a safe, telephone, satellite TV, washing machine, bed linen, and towels.
Guests will also have at their disposal four bicycles with which they can venture out on numerous cycling trails in Kanfanaro and the surrounding area.
