Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock cliffs on the large back patio. After a day of adventures, relax on the front porch & watch the sunset over the red cliffs in front of the house.
Cross the street & hop on the K Hill Trail, part of the Kanab Trail System
1 mile or less from numerous grocery stores, gas, and restaurants
This relaxing retreat with stunning views is a wonderful place to unwind, recharge, and create memories with family or friends. The unique decor will inspire you to explore the beautiful scenery in the area.
The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals that you can enjoy at the kitchen island or the indoor or outdoor dining areas.
The garage has been converted into a game room, and there are two walls with huge, custom murals painted by a talented Utah muralist! The game room includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, foosball, and darts. We prefer that you do not park in the garage. We have 2 sets of hiking poles in the garage for guests to use during their stay.

This was the perfect location to go visit several areas for hiking and other outdoor activities. Also very family friendly with a full kitchen, games and game room for the kids, and they even had containers for left overs or to take food to your different excursions. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

family vacay 2025
Highly recommend. Home was spotless / kitchen well stocked. Reagan was QUICK to respond to all my questions...both in planning for the trip and while we were there. We had no issues...internet, A/C, hot water all worked. Our family has 3 couples and one grand daughter; layout of home perfect for that with rooms offering privacy for each couple. Neighborhood is great....quiet, away from lights so you can star gaze on their patio and 'hear' silence...not possible in Atlanta. Only 5 minutes from downtown Kanab...quaint, good restaurants. And there's hiking options and a city pool / park we enjoyed on our 'chill day'...could have enjoyed one or two more of those. Be sure to check out their 'info drawer' with restaurant, hiking and site maps and recommendations. Awesome place to stay as base for Zion, Bryce and Antelope. It would have been good for north rim of GC but the canyon was closed for fires..so we'll be back. Cannot say enough good things about Kanab, this home or the hosts. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. You can rely on Reagan.

The house was cute, comfortable and clean and in a great location with a beautiful view of the red rocks and a park with hiking trails basically across the street. There is a nice patio that is shaded in the evening so it's comfortable to sit outside and watch the sunset on the rocks. The beds were comfy with high quality sheets and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were traveling with two teens and they loved the play room in the garage. The main living area is spacious and there is a large dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. Shampoo and body wash was provided but no conditioner or lotion, just FYI. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when I had a question right after we checked in.

Loved it!
This was our first trip to Kanab. Such a great place to explore! The house was perfect to come back to everyday. I loved having the trail access right out the door. Super safe and quiet neighborhood! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The game room was a fun addition! Thank you for providing my family with such a comfortable place to call home for a few days!

Great stay in Kanab
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. An added bonus there was a hot air balloon festival on the street the same weekend. Very cool way to start the day. The grocery store was close by and it was super convenient to grab groceries for the house. We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing spacious house!
Our family of five visited Kanab for some hiking in early January. This house was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect - right in the heart of town and close/central to all the good hikes. Since we had no cell service coming up to the house, locating the house was a little tricky. We arrived at night and the house number was not illuminated, so we had to improvise but ended up finding it in the end. The owners were very communicative and were very quick to respond. Pretty difficult to come up with anything negative about the house... but as trivial as they may seem, I did manage to come up with a few:- We ended up losing hot water on the first night. Not sure if it was because my three kids were showering/bathing all at the same time, but on the second night we spaced out their showers and had no problems with hot water thereafter. - The cookware was subpar at best. We cooked two nights we were there and were disappointed with the quality of cookware (pots & pans). - The house just about had everything to keep us entertained... but wished there was a hot tub to enjoy in the back yard. Overall a wonderful stay... and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Peaceful quiet stay
My family and I found this home to be just what we were looking for. We wanted to be together as a family for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of our oldest son and this was the perfect choice for us. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. The openess if the home made it the perfect hangout when we weren't visiting the many amazing things to see.

Nice Place
Fit my colleagues and myself's needs perfectly. Good base of operations for our work crew and close to all the good things Kanab has to offer. I really like that three of the rooms have king sized beds instead of twins/doubles all over the house like lots of other places do to claim a higher sleeping capacity. Would stay here again, probably very soon.

Kanab is an amazing place to visit and this was the perfect place for a central homemade to recharge after each day’s excursion. The place was perfect.
