The Space:
Effortless southern Utah exploration awaits! Located in the heart of Kanab, Timber + Tin G is your ideal home away from home, providing everything you need for a seamless stay. This well-appointed retreat was designed specifically for travelers. It features two inviting bedrooms with deluxe king-size beds, complemented by a convertible sofa bed in the living room, perfect for a maximum of six guests. There are two full bathrooms, as well.

The living room provides the perfect spot to relax after exploring. Curl up on the sofa bed or one of the comfortable chairs, and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. We provide Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Freevee and Roku TV.

Imagine whipping up family favorites or trying new recipes in the well-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. Let the laughter roll while preparing meals together around the central kitchen island, the gather around the table to eat and share the day's adventures.

Outside, you will have your very own barbecue grill, a rooftop deck with table & chairs, and a fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows!). As well, you'll have access to all of the common areas, which include a pavilion in the recreation area, games (corn hole!), pool, hot tub, and the restored 1920's barn. Make some new friends and while watching one of the many terrific old Westerns filmed in Kanab, and then play some games in the barn loft.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and all common areas. Key pad door lock.

*Winter Hours November to March in the Common Areas*
- Pavilion, barn, fire pit and play area are open from 9am to 10pm.
- Hot tub is open noon to 10pm all year.
- Pool is closed for the winter November 1st to April 1st; weather permitting.

The Neighborhood:
Timber + Tin G is just a few blocks from the center of town. It's a quick walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, museums and the tourism visitor center.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Your hosts, the Jackson Family, have you covered when it comes to guided tours! Their tour company Expedition Kanab offers truly unique off-road experiences in UTVs and Enclosed Vehicles: They can take you to Peekaboo Slot Canyon, The Great Chamber, Inchworm Arch, Southfork Indian Canyon, the East Zion Warriors Walk, and really anywhere else you are looking to go. If you’re lucky, you might even find some treasure out on the trail! You can also receive 10% off any tour since you are staying with us!

Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts, the Jackson family, are 7th generation Kanab locals. Their ancestors helped settle this area. They have a deep knowledge and love of Kanab, and know all it has to offer. Information about Kanab will be available in each unit through a carefully prepared recommendation book. The owner and management team will be available for emergencies.
