Our home is a rambler with an open floor plan. Entire home is accessible with no stairs. The space is perfect for gathering and entertaining. You won't miss a thing while cooking in the kitchen. The covered backyard patio is right off the kitchen and master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back table with a peaceful, beautiful setting. You will never tire of the stunning red-rock views out the front door, or the trails in Tom's Canyon.

The master bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, alcove bathtub, and large closet with plenty of storage. Bathroom in the hallway is located next to two bedrooms with queen beds. The office has a sofa that coverts to a bed. The view from the desk make it an ideal place to work from home. The third full bathroom with walk in shower, is located next to the laundry room, off the kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer located in the mudroom (the room off the garage.)

The extra-deep third car garage has a ping-pong table. Eventually, this will be converted to a gathering space with a tv/gaming system (currently located in the office space of the home).

This home is our family's getaway. We love to come and enjoy the accessibility of so many outdoor adventures and national parks, and have the comforts of our own home. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Entire home and back yard are yours. Three car garage is available for parking as well as the driveway.

Access to private, neighborhood club-house for indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, exercise equipment and weights, kitchenette and pool table, new pickleball court and park that includes a bocce ball court.

La Estancia Rules/CC&R's

It's very important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.

Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
