  • Mauna Lani-terrassen er beliggende i Mauna Lani Resort i verdensklasse. Det er på havet og støder op til de kongelige fiskedamme og mellem to smukke hvide sandstrande. Vandet er krystalklart med et af Hawaiis sundeste rev, lavabuer, skoler med fisk og grønne havskildpadder… et fantastisk sted at snorkle, stå op paddle board, kajak, dykke eller bare slappe af på stranden. Der er også et tenniscenter, Mauna Lani Spa, et fitnesscenter, restauranter på Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, Napua på Beach Club, alt inden for gåafstand.     Denne havudsigt, øverste etage, 1481 sq ft ft er en trappe op fra sin overdækkede parkeringsplads. Hvert værelse har havudsigt over lagunen og kongelige fiskedamme. Friske orkideer pynter enheden. Køkkenet og verandaen ser ud over Mauna Lani golfbane i verdensklasse med udsigt over Mauna Kea og Mauna Loa. Du kan slukke for den centrale luft og lade handelsvindene strømme igennem. Du er på tredje sal, så du behøver ikke at lukke op, når du rejser for at nyde stranden eller de mange smukke seværdigheder, som den store ø har at byde på.

    Enheden er fuldt opgraderet med tropisk elegance. Stuen har en ekspansiv havudsigt, et højt hvælvet loft findes kun i penthouse-enheder, et stort LCD-tv med DVD, stereoanlæg og Bose-surroundlyd. Lanai har en våd bar, stort rundt bord, stole til afslapning og udsigt over Stillehavet. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret og har granitbord og et stort Sub Zero køleskab. Spisebordet har plads til seks. Begge master-suiter har udsigt over havet, LCD-tv'er og DVD-afspillere og åbner ud mod den rummelige Lanai. Den største master suite har en kingsize-seng, marmorbadeværelse med dobbelt forfængelighed, walk-in bruser og et separat badekar. Den anden master suite har 2 ekstra lange to enkeltsenge, der kan sættes sammen til en konge. Det har også et marmorbadeværelse med et stort bruseniche.

    Speciel note, Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort er planlagt til at åbne 1. januar 2020, og restauranterne vil være åbne for offentligheden. Resortets fitnesscenter, tennis og golf opretholder normal drift. Terrassepuljen er planlagt til større forbedringer, og arbejdet forventes at begynde i april 2020.

Fantastic condo with top notch host. Condo was clean, exceptionally well stocked and prepared and a perfect location for five days of relaxing on the Hawaii coast. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful! Communication with the host was terrific, the property was beautiful and immaculate, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We spent a lot of time at the beach club, which was awesome (and just a quick walk away). It was also convenient to get to shops and restaurants. 10/10 all around.

The unit was very well-furnished and extremely comfortable. The upper level view was fantastic, and we enjoyed the lanai every day. All the amenities like cookware, utensils, towels and more were high quality. One of our best stays on this property after many visits here.

Big Island Bliss

What an amazing stay! The home is exactly as promised, meticulously maintained with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location couldn't be better, a mix of a quiet personal residence and resort amenities.

This is an amazing location. The condo was perfect. Nice layout, super stocked, and excellent communication from booking to departure. The ocean and snorkeling were spectacular! We hope to return soon.

Lauren and Brad are phenomenally kind and generous sharing their incredibly beautiful condo. Their great communication and devotion to their guests experience and enjoyment are fantastic and extremely appreciated.

The location at Mauna Lani is outstanding. Dining and a grocery store are close by.It is a gated complex, so it is a bit tricky (but doable) to use Uber versus car rental.Unit up one flight of stairs from parking, no elevators.Living room and lanai are spacious, with postcard view of the ocean and fish ponds.The furniture and cabinetry are of high quality. There were plenty of books and DVDs. The wifi worked well while we were there. The kitchen is complete, well thought out, good appliances, and very well stocked.The bedrooms and baths are large, with separate lanais for morning coffee.The host is quite friendly, informative and attentive, without being intrusive.We would definitely look forward to coming back here.

Best Stay Ever!

We were surprised how spacious the place was. The view was better than the pictures. The location of the condo was convenient to shopping, snorkel rentals, beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo had a book with recommendations for anything and everything you want to do. We would definitely rent and stay there again.

A Fantastic Property and Host

We have nothing but great things to say about this property rental. Lauren’s place is a cut above in terms of its comfort and amenities. Her kitchen is particularly well equipped with high quality cooking instruments. We also made great use of the Mauna Lani Sports Club Membership. Thank you, Lauren.

Where to begin with how amazing Lauren's condo is? My husband and I spent a week there with our nearly 4 year old son and it was just magical. The condo is super clean and well organized, it's spacious, it's quiet, the views from all rooms are incredible, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the location couldn't be better for a family with small children. We spent each morning at the Beach Club and each afternoon at the pool, and it was super convenient to have the Mauna Lani Shops a short drive away with restaurants, a coffee shop, and a great grocery store.The Beach Club is about a 15 minute walk (if you're going at the pace of a 4 year old!) through the fish ponds and along the ocean, and it's absolutely perfect for kids. It's in a protected bay such that the waves are only a couple inches high, the water is crystal clear, and there are plenty of chairs in the shade. Additionally, the Beach Club has bathrooms, showers, and a restaurant that's open for lunch. My husband and I took turns snorkeling right off the beach while the other played with our son using the sand toys in the condo. The pool is also wonderful. We were often the only ones at the pool, and otherwise there might be one other family. Much nicer than the jam-packed pools at nearby resorts!Finally, Lauren was wonderful with communication and made the whole process a breeze. This was hands-down our best stay in a VRBO or Airbnb, and we've stayed at dozens around the world. We'll definitely be back!

Perfection on the big island!

We could not recommend Lauren's property enough! It was sparkling clean when we arrived and just a beautiful layout...perfect for our family of 4. The views from the condo are peaceful and beautiful and the balcony is such a great place to hang out and relax. The location was convenient to several beaches, restaurants and amenities. We used the fitness center, tennis courts and also golfed on property...all amenities were wonderful. Lauren gave me so much information ahead of our visit and was so willing to help in any way. Would absolutely stay again...a beautiful home away from home!

Perfect family paradise

Lauren is the consummate hostess - incredible communicator, wonderful hospitality (fresh fruit and coffee welcomed us) and so knowledgeable about ways to enjoy an ideal stay at the Mauna Lani Terraces. Loved being able to walk to multiple beaches, the ease of enjoying the adjacent hotel’s restaurants and events, being perched above the historic fishponds and just the incredible view every day. Lovely condo, my husband and I along with our two school aged kiddos wanted to stay indefinitely. Thank you, Lauren! ❤️🌺🏝️

Mia a Lani Gem

The property is well located in the Muana Lani resort, short walk to beach and some of the best snorkeling on the island. Apartment is beautifully decorated with Balinese inspired furniture. High end appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range and double oven. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs available from owner. Owner is member of beach club which is key. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of showers, all en-suite. Incredible views. Spacious two bedroom apartment is one flight up (third floor view due to sloping topography) Three great restaurants in walking distance, or a short drive.

Love it Here!!

My family has stayed at this specific condo numerous times over the years. It feels like our home away from home. It is well stocked with most of what you need (with the exception of groceries - but even some of those were there upon arrival). The beds are super comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, beach supplies.. This is such a peaceful, beautiful, special place, if you get the chance to stay here, you are fortunate, as we always feel when we come. Lauren has excellent communication and is knowledgeable about the area. Some of the best snorkeling and sand beaches are just a short walk away. Added bonus - her DVD collection is great for evenings at home. As is having a washer and dryer with everything you need and beach club access. I could go on and on about all the wonderful amenities. Can't wait to come again!

Luxurious Flat in Excellent Location

We loved stayed at this wonderful penthouse flat with an ocean view! The owner was very communicative, friendly, and open to questions about activities. She even had fresh fruit for us upon arrival! The flat is clean and comfortable with a fabulous deck that spans the length of the entire apartment and looks over a fish pond. The location is excellent—it's a short walk to both the historic fish ponds and to Beach Club Beach (a white sand beach with amazing snorkeling and good swimming). There are several places to eat (or get cocktails and ice cream) nearby. The condo is up 2 flights of stairs, which was not a problem for us, but might be a consideration for some. Parking for one car is close by. If you're looking for resort amenities along with the comfort and privacy of your own place, this is it!

Perfection from start to finish!

There was simply nothing I could critique about the property or the owner. The unit was by far the best outfitted unit I've rented. There were plenty of towels, soap, paper towels -- everything. The kitchen was stocked just like my own. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets. The owner instructions were detailed and thoughtful. Which brings me to the owner -- I chose this unit over others because fellow travelers commented on Lauren in their reviews. I second it all! She was helpful, thoughtful and kind. Lauren was patient with my questions and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home rather than a VRBO condo. From start to finish, this property and owner were wonderful!

Can't wait to come back!

This condo was perfect for a Hawaiian getaway with my husband and daughters (ages 5 and 7). It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was impeccably clean. The views and the location were fantastic. We made lots of use of the on-site pool and the adjacent beach club. Lauren was a very responsive, thorough, and helpful host. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Incredible!

We spent five amazing nights at this condo. First, I am picky and spent a lot of time looking for the right place. This was definitely it! The pictures don’t do it justice though they are accurate. Not only is it in a fantastic and central location with wonderful views right from the lanai, it was also spotlessly clean and even nicer and more spacious than the photos appear. The kitchen is better stocked than my kitchen at home, beds are comfy, and the entire condo is very tastefully decorated in classic Hawaiian decor. Everything was well maintained and you need not worry about little things like ziploc bags, having enough paper towels and tissue, etc. We highly recommend this condo and it’s lovely owners for your Hawaii stay!

Fantastic Stay

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? We loved the condo, loved the location, loved the amenities and Lauren is a host extraordinaire! She provides a comprehensive guide to the unit and the surrounding areas but is also very well versed in the rest of the island so just ask if you have questions. We greatly enjoyed the relaxed nature of the Terraces community while still having access to the resort beaches (property beach and 49 Black Sand). We enjoyed using one of the 2 Grill and Go stations and never had to wait (though one might want to make a reservation for one of the bbq spaces just to be safe if you are on a schedule). The pool area looked nice and inviting. The unit itself was beyond well stocked with almost everything one might need while there. Cannot recommend this unit highly enough, especially when you factor in Lauren's no BS pricing (you pay the daily rate, taxes and VRBO fees and that's it - not a bunch of other stupid add-ons for cleaning, a linen fee, manager's fee, any additional guest more than 2 when it sleeps 4 or 6 or more fee, etc.). This was our first time staying in this area on Hawaii and we will be back again for sure. Thank you again Lauren!
