A beautiful residential area in a great neighbourhood, has intriguing storefronts, clean streets with good lighting and flowers and trees that look inviting. Supermarket within 2-3 minutes walking distance, about 20-30 min drive from the city center depending on the traffic.

You can easily move around by car, Boda Boda ( motorcycle ) or an Uber taxi
Kindly take a look at the house rules before to avoid awakness😁. *We would love you to live like a King or Queen, but also give respect to the property and those who work hard to make it possible for you to enjoy it.*

1. STRICTLY No Parties allowed.
2. A VALID GOV'T ID is required for all guests staying with us. swapping guests is strictly prohibited.
3. No pets or other animals dead or alive.
4. No toddlers or children below 10 (Risky environment).
5. N0 illegal substances allowed on the property.
6. Strictly No unregistered/ undeclared. guests allowed, a fine of 50$ per guest applies.
7. Visitor after 10:00 will automatically be checked in at a fee of 40$ per guest.
8. No Camera shoots that involve camera crew.
9. Don't Re-Arrange the Furniture.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
11. Please Turn off the AC & Lights when you go out.
12. Please take extra care of your keys, lost keys incur a replacement Fee.
13. NO SMOKING in the house.
14. Late check-out fee is 50$ mandatory for Unauthorised late check-out, if you are staying more than 2 hours passed check-out unauthorised you are responsible to pay that day’s base rate without discounts.
15. Kindly leave your shoes at the entrance so as to keep the rugs and floor clean.
16. We do clean 2 times a week and schedules can be modified accordingly.
17. We supply high speed WIFI internet of 20G and there after you can load as you wish.
18. A washing machine is available and wash days are Tuesday & Thursday, please reach out if you need any help.
19. Please Endeavour to leave the property as you found it. Lastly, we have NETFLIX so plenty of tv to watch.
