The villa is a 45-60 minute drive from Phuket International Airport, and we provide complimentary transfers. Free on-site parking is available for your vehicle. Our team is always available to help you arrange other transportation as needed.

### House Rules
To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we ask that you respect our property and house rules.
* Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
* Late check-out is subject to a fee of THB 5,000 per hour.
* Parties and events with outside guests require prior approval. An additional fee of THB 500 per outside guest and a special cleaning fee of THB 5,000 will apply.
* Large parties require official permission from the Kamala Police Station. Unauthorized events may result in intervention by local authorities.
* Any damages will be billed upon check-out.

* **Potential for Noise:** Please be aware that you may occasionally hear music from the nearby Café Del Mar or neighboring villas.
