Self Check-In
Self check-in is available for convenience and privacy.

Check-In Times
• Condos: 3:00 PM
• Villas: 4:00 PM

Please do not arrive before check-in time. Early arrival without approval may result in a 10,000 THB charge.

Early Arrival and Luggage Options

Option 1 – Property Drop
• Luggage drop from 12:00 PM
• Drop-off only

Guests must leave and return at check-in time.

Option 2 – Office Drop
• Luggage can be dropped at the office
• Delivered once ready

Arrival Requirements

• Selfie at the property

Required for TM30 registration in Thailand.

Electricity and Deposits

No electricity charges

Check-Out Requirements

• Rubbish is disposed of
• Property is left tidy

Additional cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

• Must be returned on check-out

No smoking inside the property

Fine: 10,000 THB

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.

Bathroom Rules
