Dårlig
Vi har været i puhket mange gange før , men kommer aldrig tilbage til dette hotel, det er så slidt at det kan ses overalt, der var møg beskidt på vores værelser og rengøringen var ringe! Servicen på hotellet var der ingen af! Vi skriver os en mail til hotels.com Kan ikke anbefales med børn.

Rigtig godt familiehotel, dog var kapaciteten i morgenmadsrestauranten ikke i orden, vi stod i kø hver morgen, for at vente på plads.

In busy times like over Chinese new year we add extra tables for faster service. Majority of guests come between 9am and 10am and that's when you have to wait for a bit. Godt familiehotel
Havde 6 overnatninger. Der var myrer i vores første lejlighed, men vi fik et andet værelse. Derefter var der ingen problemer. Meget venligt personale. Synes måske lejligheden manglede et lille komfur. Men derudover er det et godt sted for familier.

Nedslidt og beskidt, vi oplevede ikke den service der bør være, madrester fik lov at stå i flere timer uden personalet fjernede det selvom de gik forbi flere gange.

Good hotel +kids club +pool - secluded area
The hotel/resort is very nice and comfortable. The pool is nice and big, for the children there is a water slide (+4years) and a baby pool for all ages. the kids club is small, but nice. There are not many activities in the kids club, but it is a good refuge for shade and cool in the day, there are video games, drawing facilities and movies. Personal in the club are Thai and speak English. Restaurant is very nice for breakfast, and lunch and dinner is also good. The restaurant, the bar and the small shop are a bit pricey. AND the resort is situated a bit on its own, nearby are a few small restaurants, tailors and massage shops, all on the resort premises. And they are also a bit pricey all of them... The walk to other restaurants or shops are 15-20 minutes. The beach is a 5 minute walk and by the beach there are small food and drinks shops during the day. We had a 2 bedroom pool suite - very nice room and very good location within the hotel. We would return to the this resort, but be aware of the secluded location.

Fremragende hotel på Kammala Beach
Hotellet ligger i den rolige ende af Kammela Beach. Kammala er i sig selv et meget roligt område. Hotellet har et fantastisk poolområde og et godt fitness center. Man går under vejen når man skal ned til stranden, derved undgår man at skulle krydse vejen når man vil på den dejlige strand. Suiterne er virkelig dejlige at bo i og hotellets personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme.

Stay away. Warning
Items were stolen from our room. Hotel gave us the explanation that cleaners takes photos of valuable belongings in the room and since they did not have photos claimed out items was never there. Pool patio very dirty cleaners. Every morning there was thrash left in hallways and around pool.

Worst hotel in thailaland - scam
This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We were 3 people, got put into a couchbed that was 170cm long. The toilet was broken and the room was disgusting. We upgraded to a larger room. However, it was just a larger mess. The toilet in the new room was also broken, no water and the beds were more resembling wooden planks than a bed. How they can advertise this as a 5 star hotel is beyond me. The staff were extremely incompetent and rude. I have stayed at hostels with better service. The food was also the worst food we had in our 2 week vacation. For example, when the yoghurt had run out in the breakfast. I told the staff, only to be yelled at that it wasn’t their job to fix it. The rooms haven’t been renovated since the 90s. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

We showed up at the resort about 5:00 PM, (normal check in time is 2:00 PM). We had to wait for about 1 hour, as our rooms was not ready yet. They were nice to give us a complimentary drink as we waited. Other than that, our stay was fine....

Good hotel away from Patong
This property is back off the main road before you reach the township of Kamala, it is sign posted but it is easy to miss (if heading to Patong and you get to the Phuket Fantasea area you have gone too far) Very well appointed and well maintained this hotel is a great base if you dont want the noise and hustle of Patong. The room was fine with a large living area, a small well appointed kitchenette area and two comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom was a little small but was usable. The pool area was great as was the main restaurant area. Overall a good stay.

Would not go back
The room was spaceous, light and tidy and the balcony was nice. However, water pressure was really bad. First night there was no water coming from the shower and the tap water worked only sporadically. Also, I asked for more water through room service and never got it, neither did the roomservice have any snacks. Only proper food. The location was near the beach but far from 7-11 and other stores.

Mitt tredje besøk på Swissotel, Kamala
Romslig suite, men litt slitt. Aircondition-anlegget bråkte veldig mye. Vær oppmerksom på at hotellet ikke har heis. Fantastisk hyggelig betjening. God frokostbuffet med både europeiske og thailandske retter. Rent og pent på hotellområdet. Hotellet er tydelig tilpasset for barnefamilier. Mange aktiviteter for barna. Flere fine massasjestudioer, spisesteder og et par forretninger rett nedenfor hotellet. For å komme til stranden må du krysse en sterkt trafikkert vei. Noen hyggelige security-personer står ved veien og stopper trafikken slik at du skal komme deg trygt over.

It’s not a 5 star hotel , probably a3 star at best. Rooms shabby but the location is terrible. I was looking at a building site and the opposite view was a shanty town.. truly awful. We booked a 3 bed suite at 3k for 5 nights. When we arrived we didn’t even unpack- we demanded to be relocated to a sister hotel. We were moved but they charged us £500 for the night ( we didn’t stay there that night). The relocated hotel was much better. The hotel is not as described and the one day cancellation charge left a sour taste.

歴史を感じる室内ですが、スタッフの方々がいつも笑顔で優しく声をかけてくれたので、とても満足できました。チェックアウト後もホテル内で映画を観たりリラックスして過ごせました。それと朝食付プランにして大正解でした。バラエティに富んだ朝食は美味しくて、大満足です。

Old and outdated, AC not working right, food poor, housekeeping always late in the day and often missing things (eg replacing towels and toiletries)
