AP13 - Family friendly holiday home in Kamala

This holiday home in the heart of Kamala offers a great set of amenities for all travelers. You’ll find harmony at AP Grand Residence, a delightful complex that blends lush forest surroundings with a convenient location—just a short drive from the beach, local shops, spas, Kamala Night Market, Big C, restaurants, and bars. We recommend renting a car or scooter to fully explore the area and the island.
Our house is finished with high-quality furnishings and fittings, including a fully equipped European-style kitchen and fitted wood cabinetry. The ground floor is the main living area and offers ample space for open-plan living and dining, with a kitchen and a laundry room added for your convenience.
The first floor houses two of the three bedrooms. The bedroom at the back has a well-appointed en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the master bedroom is at the front, overlooking the central pool area. This has a larger en-suite and the added benefit of a large balcony. The top floor contains the third bedroom with an en-suite at the rear. The remainder of the floor is a large terrace, providing excellent space for dining and enjoying the outdoors.
There is a large communal pool with a sundeck and sun loungers, as well as a kid's pool and a spa pool for up to 12 people.
Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is included; extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.
